By accessing and utilizing the website AnyPS5.click ("Service", "we", or "us"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our tools, telemetry data, or documentation.

2. Trademark & Independent Laboratory Disclaimer

AnyPS5.click is an independent technical research laboratory and community documentation portal.

• "PlayStation", "PS5", "DualSense", "DualShock", and related trademarks and logos are registered trademarks or service marks of Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc. (SIE).
• AnyPS5.click is NOT endorsed by, affiliated with, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc., nor to the upstream project lead boykopovar.
• All references to console names, titles, and hardware codes (e.g., PPSA-XXXXX, CUSA-XXXXX) are used strictly under Nominative Fair Use for identification, research, and compatibility verification purposes.

3. Strict Anti-Piracy Policy (Zero Commercial Asset Distribution)

AnyPS5 is an experimental open-source native ELF relinker and shader compilation project distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL-2.0).

• NO Copyrighted Games: AnyPS5.click does NOT host, distribute, link to, or provide any proprietary game ISOs, retail PKG containers, or decrypted ROMs.
• NO Decryption Keys: AnyPS5.click does NOT distribute Sony PlayStation 5 SAMU/AES-XTS firmware keys, private bootloader keys, or proprietary system libraries.
• Users must own legitimate hardware and retail copies of any software they inspect, and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable copyright laws in their respective jurisdictions.

4. Permitted Use of Online Tools

You are granted a non-exclusive license to use our web-based tools, including the Input INI Generator, Log Analyzer, and Hash Verifier, strictly for lawful software development, peripheral mapping, and runtime error analysis. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service infrastructure.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The tools, compatibility data, hardware framerate reports, and diagnostic suggestions on AnyPS5.click are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that the relinker or configuration files generated will function error-free on your hardware or prevent game crashes. Emulation and binary relinking are experimental computer science research disciplines.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated timestamp.
